Terms of Service

1. Description of Services

Lanne Tech provides API services to international users via a subscription model. The Services are offered "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, without incurring liability.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

You are required to provide accurate information when creating your account and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.

Lanne Tech reserves the right to refuse access to the Services to any person or entity, at its sole discretion and without justification.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

The Services are available through monthly or annual subscriptions, automatically renewed until explicit termination by either party.

Payment

Fees are payable in advance via payment methods authorized by Lanne Tech. In case of payment failure, access to the Services will be immediately suspended without notice or refund.

Price Changes

We may modify the rates at any time. The new rates will apply to the next billing period, with a minimum 15-day notice by email or through your account.

Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, or fees applicable in your jurisdiction related to the use of the Services.

4. Refund Policy

Non-refundable

All payments for the Services are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided otherwise in these Terms. No refund will be granted once you have accessed or used the Services, even partially (for example, a single API call).

Limited Grace Period

At our sole discretion, a full refund may be considered if you make a written request within 12 hours of activating your subscription and if no use of the Services has been recorded.

Fraud or Abuse

Any attempt to obtain a refund after significant use of the Services will be considered a violation of these Terms, resulting in the immediate termination of your account without refund.

Disputes

Any refund request must be sent to contact@lannetech.com. Lanne Tech's decisions regarding refunds are final.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or unethical purposes in any applicable jurisdiction.
• Exceed the usage limits defined by your subscription plan (e.g., number of API calls) or attempt to circumvent these restrictions.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without prior written authorization from Lanne Tech.
• Perform actions that could overload, damage, or compromise Lanne Tech's infrastructure (e.g., DDoS attacks, excessive scraping).

Any violation will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, without notice or refund, and may be subject to legal action.

6. Termination

By You

You can terminate your subscription through your account. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period, without prorated refund.

By Lanne Tech

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without reason, and without notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, or to protect our business interests. No refund will be granted in case of termination by Lanne Tech.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and all data associated with your account may be deleted without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including regarding their availability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limited Liability

Lanne Tech, its officers, employees, or affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability, in all cases, is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services over the last 3 months.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for interruptions or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, natural disasters, cyber attacks).

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including the APIs, source code, documentation, and infrastructure, are the exclusive property of Lanne Tech.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services in accordance with your subscription. Any attempt at reverse-engineering, decompilation, or extraction of the Services' code is strictly prohibited.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lanne Tech, its affiliates, and its representatives from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or any action affecting our operations.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The changes will be posted on our website and will be notified to you by email or through your account. Your continued use of the Services after these modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction

These Terms are exclusively governed by the laws of France, regardless of conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, in Paris, and not before the courts, except for injunctions or emergency measures.

Waiver of Class Actions

You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive any class or representative action.
